Is it free to join?+
Yes. Joining the Teacher Partner Program is completely free. You create a teacher account, accept the program terms, and get your referral link.
How and when am I paid?+
Rewards are paid monthly, in arrears, once a referred family’s payment clears the 14-day refund window. There’s a small minimum payout (₦5,000) so payouts stay efficient. To keep the programme sustainable, payouts release up to 25% of the subscription revenue your referrals have generated — anything above that is held, not lost, and releases automatically as those families keep subscribing. If your referred families stay, you’ll never notice it. You’ll see everything in your teacher dashboard.
What happens if a family cancels?+
Rewards for months 2 and 3 only continue while the family stays subscribed. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the related reward is reversed too. This is by design — it keeps the program healthy and rewards genuine, lasting recommendations.
Can I manage a parent’s account for them?+
Yes, where a parent authorises it. A teacher-managed account requires the actual parent or guardian to give recorded consent — a teacher can never create or consent to a child’s account on a parent’s behalf. You can still earn on accounts you administer, with consent in place.
What is an Ambassador?+
When you reach 50 referrals who stayed past their first month, you become a Qualificant Ambassador: a higher recurring share on new referrals, co-marketing, early access to new features, and a place in our Exam-Readiness Coach training program.
Do I need a minimum number of students?+
No. There’s no minimum to join or to start earning. Refer one family or fifty — you earn on every qualified, paying referral.
