Qualificant is an educational assessment platform that helps learners prepare for entrance exams through structured practice, exam simulations, and progress analytics. Qualificant is operated by Prozaim Integrated Services Ltd.
Qualificant is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform.
We design the product for families, schools, and learners who need calm, trustworthy preparation rather than high-pressure exam cramming.
We rely on different lawful bases depending on the activity:
- Contract — for account creation, learning delivery, and billing
- Consent — for a child’s learning data (given by the guardian) and for marketing
- Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention and product analytics
Depending on where you live, additional rights apply:
- Nigeria — processed under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
- UK / EU — processed under UK-GDPR/GDPR, including rights of access, erasure, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to the ICO or your local supervisory authority.
- UAE — processed under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
We collect only the information needed to run the platform responsibly.

Qualificant is designed for students, including younger learners preparing for high-stakes school entry assessments.
- We collect the minimum data needed to support learning.
- We encourage and support parental or guardian involvement.
- We do not knowingly collect unnecessary sensitive information from children.
- Parents and guardians can request review or deletion of child-linked data.
- Where a guardian authorises a teacher to administer a child’s account (a teacher-managed account), that consent is recorded and revocable, and teacher access is limited to the learning-progress data needed to support the learner. See our Parent Consent page for details.
For teachers participating in our Teacher Partner Program, we process:
- Identity and contact information
- Payout details and KYC data
- Referral performance (codes used, commission earned)
For guardians who sign up via a referral, we process:
- The referral code used at signup and its attribution source (last-touch within 30 days)
We also process payment and device information for fraud prevention, including velocity monitoring, on the basis of legitimate interests. Payout data is shared with our payment providers (Paystack).
We treat education data as sensitive and apply layered safeguards.
- Encrypted data storage and transport where appropriate
- Role-based access controls
- Monitoring, logging, and operational review
- Controlled access to production systems and analytics data
No system is completely risk free, but we work to reduce risk materially and respond quickly when issues arise.
You may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account data
- Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing
- Request export of your data in a portable format
To exercise these rights, email us at info@qualificant.co. We aim to respond as soon as possible; we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the product usable and reliable.
- Maintain session state and sign-in continuity
- Improve product performance and reliability

Our taster diagnostic runs anonymously: it requires no account, collects no personal data, and only records event-level anonymous analytics (such as diagnostic started, diagnostic completed, and call-to-action clicked).
You can read more on our dedicated Cookie Policy page.
We may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure and product delivery, including:
- Cloud hosting and data storage
- Authentication and session management
- Analytics and system monitoring
- Payment processing if and when subscriptions are enabled
These providers process data under their own policies and contractual controls.
We use automated systems to generate practice content and analyse learning performance.
- These systems operate within the learning context only.
- They do not use personal identity data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
- They rely primarily on learning behaviour such as answers, timing, and performance patterns.
- They support product quality, question variation, and progress insight.
We may in future publish aggregated, anonymised insights about exam-readiness trends. These insights never identify an individual child, and any methodology we use will be published as part of a dedicated anonymisation framework before publication.
We only collect the data we need to improve learning outcomes and operate the platform safely.
We do not intentionally collect unnecessary personal or sensitive data, and we review new features through that lens.
Qualificant does not show third-party ads to students.
Qualificant does not sell user data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product evolves or legal requirements change.
When we make material updates, we will revise the last updated date on this page.
